Objective:

• To promote healthy entertaining activities, to facilitate
  friendship, and to give chances for the disabled people who has
  the potential in singing.

 Rules and Regulations

a. All contestants must be a Malaysian above the age 18, He or she must be amateur Entertainers; Professional Entertainers are not permitted to enter. If it was found, the participant will be consider disqualified. 
b. The contest is open to people with physically disabled.
c. The contest is regardless of gender and is limited to 50 participants only is first come first serve basis.
d. The selected song will be strictly limited to inspiring song, love song is forbidden.
e. Participant need to prepare one selected song (Chinese, Malay, Indian and English) and produce own CD. Before or during the contest, any unexpected problem occurs with the CD. The organizer does not take any responsibility and without giving any reason, all the appeal will not be entertained.
f. The organizer has the right to reject the singer to participant in the contest without giving any reason; all the appeal will not be entertained.
g. The sequence of performing will be proceeding by drawing lots, replacement of the sequence no. is not allowed. Late participant will be consider disqualified. 
h.   a) Tone 20%   b) Pronunciation 15%   c) Expression 20%   d) Rhythm 10% 
      e) Stage manners 10%     f) Costume 10%   g) overall performance 15%
i.  Judge’s decision will be final decided; any appeal will not be entertained.
j. Authority has the right to regulate any rules and regulations.
