Beautiful Gate has established 6 centres throughout Malaysia to provide different services to disabled community locally. There are:

• Beautiful Gate Career Development Centre For The Disabled located in Petaling jaya, Selangor, since year 1995.
• Beautiful Gate Rehabilitation Centre For The Disabled located in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, since year 1996.
• Beautiful Gate Educational Centre For The Disabled located in Kampar, Perak, since year 1999.
• Beautiful Gate Seremban Centre For The Disabled located in Mambau, Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, since year 2001.
• Beautiful Gate Melaka Centre For The Disabled located in Batu Berendam, Melaka, since year 2006.
• Beautiful Gate Klang Centre For The Disabled located in Klang, since year 2006.
• Beautiful Gate Manjung Centre For The Disabled located in Setiawan, since year 2009.
